Dear Andrew,
Thank you for your recent application for admission to graduate study at Brigham Young University.
We regret to inform you that the Psychology- Clinical PhD program has not recommended you for admission for Fall 2009...
... *sigh* Just my luck. But at least they "wish [me] success in attaining [my] personal and academic goals," right?
So, for me, I guess it's, quite literally, back to the drawing board...
:(
ReplyDelete:( I know how you feel friend. I am sorry you have to go through that. *hugs*
ReplyDeleteAw. Sorry to hear it, Drew. When can you re-apply? (And how much money can you sock away in the meantime?)
ReplyDeleteBummer big time. Sorry Chino.
ReplyDeleteSo Jared and I both have a grandmother (one on both sides, that is) who tends to be a little judgemental. We thought it would be funny to tell them that we were going to name the baby Phred if it was a boy and Shakira if it was a girl. It was funny, especially Jared's grandma. Anyway, it is just a joke and the Phred stuck, but I think it's better than Cletus the Fetus which is what my cousins all call their unborn children. We will find out the gender in 4-6 weeks. Then the baby will either be Cameron or Kaitlynn.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you didn't get accepted, is there a back-up waiting list? That's actually how I got into my major-off the back-up list. Bummer in the mean time, though.
true, the drawing board. No fun. Good luck figuring things out.
ReplyDeleteThat sucks!
